Emmanuelle Chaulet, acting coach, CRPL3, Energy Awareness Counselor, and Reiki practitioner, offers ENERGIZE sessions to clear, repair and align your energy system and help you reach your highest creative potential as well as rebalance your emotions and energy system after performance.
Perfect for healing performance anxiety, post-performance stress, creativity blocks and self-esteem issues or to reclaim your Highest Creative Self, your true emotional balance and develop deeper connections with your character.

ENERGIZE CLEARING
The ENERGIZE CLEARING session begins with a discussion to identify and discuss specific issues you would like to work on. You will then lie down in a comfortable position (on a mattress or a yoga mat) and may use blankets and pillows. Then, we will begin working on clearing, repairing and aligning your sublime energetic system (chakras, aura, ida/pingala, air pattern, Flower of Life, etc.) A soothing relaxing music (crystal bowls, chants, flutes) is played in order to enhance the benefit of the clearing. Different from a massage or a polarity session, an ENERGIZE session does not involve any physical contact and you remain fully clothed. The work is done exclusively on your energetic system, using energy healing techniques such as RYSE® or other modalities. You may fall asleep, or feel the energy circulate in your body. In any case, it is a very soothing and relaxing experience.

ENERGIZE COMBO
An ENERGIZE COMBO session (clearing/coaching) continues with work on an acting piece of your choice (monologue, improvisations, character work, scene work) during which elements of energetic awareness and various acting techniques are used to improve your performance, clear the blocks in your way and increase your connection with your character.
A combo session (clearing/coaching) lasts about 2 hours.

ENERGIZE CLOSURE
You can also receive a special ENERGIZE CLOSURE session at the end of the run of a show (or after a traumatic event) in order to regain your balance, refocus your inner self, and to avoid post-show blues.
DISTANCE ENERGY COACHING
Energy clearing is not limited by distance; therefore you can receive an ENERGIZE coaching & clearing session in the comfort of your own home. You only need to find a quiet and peaceful space where you can lie down and uninterrupted time.
We will work by phone and I will be on the phone for the duration of the session.
You can put the call on a speakerphone. During the session, I will guide you through a meditation and clearing of all the elements of your energy system. We’ll remove blocks in your way, clear emotional traumas and fears, and release what prevents you from getting to your highest potential.
