MODULES: Each module is 2 hours long. They can be configured any way and all work as stand alone presentations, except for Module E II. We recommend no more than 3 modules in one day, as this is a lot of information to absorb. High School age appropriate workshops are marked with a *. All workshops are suited for college age level and professional actors.

MODULE A*: ENERGIZE: A NEW HOLISTIC APPROACH TO ACTING
The Mind/body/spirit connection, Energy awareness, applications in acting, bridging inside-out/outside-in approaches, pre- or post- show meditation. Lecture and exercises.

MODULE D*: SURVIVE AND PROSPER IN THE ACTING BUSINESS
Performers’ Health: a way of life, a Balancing Act! Actors, athletes of the emotion; the mind/body/spirit connection, the actors’ instrument. Physical activity, nutrition, breath, sleep, alcohol and drugs, mindfulness, focus, presence, charisma. Energy support, connection to nature, solitude, journaling. Relationships on stage, secret magic space, post-partum grieving, sense of home. Lecture and exercises.

MODULE H: THE ACTOR’S SPIRITUAL PURPOSE

FEE: $300 per module for a group of 15 students maximum

TRAVEL: We are located in Gorham Maine. Therefore, mileage is added for Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island at the going rate. Plane fare is added for New York and the rest of the country.
Overnight accommodation is needed for workshops lasting longer than one day or for workshops located more than a two-hour drive from Gorham, Maine. Home stay is accepted.
