Energize! Individual Coaching Sessions
The Energize! clearing session begins with a discussion with the practitioner so that you can identify and discuss specific issues you would like to work on. The practitioner will then ask you to lie down in a comfortable position (on a futon or a yoga mat). You will remain fully clothed, and may use blankets and pillows. Then, we will begin working on clearing, repairing and aligning your sublime energetic system (chakras, aura, ida pingala, air pattern, Flower of Life etc). A soothing relaxing music (crystal bowls, chants, flutes) is usually played in order to enhance the benefit of the clearing. Different from a massage or a polarity session, an Energize! session does not involve any physical contact. The work is done exclusively on your energetic system, using energy healing techniques such as RYSE®. You may fall asleep, or feel the energy circulate in your body. In any case, it is a very soothing and relaxing experience.

A clearing session lasts about 90 minutes.

A combo session (clearing/coaching) lasts about 2 hours.

A combo Energize! session (clearing/coaching) continues with work on a piece of your choice (monologue, improvisations, character work, scene work) during which elements of energetic awareness and various acting techniques are used to improve your performance, clear the blocks in your way and increase your connection with your character.

You can also ask for a special closure Energize! session at the end of the run of a show, in order to regain your balance, refocus your inner self, and to avoid post-show blues.
